Goran Boisset Gulman advises clients on negotiating and designing strategies for preventing and resolving civil and commercial disputes. He represents parties in ad hoc and institutional arbitration proceedings administered by the Lima Chamber of Commerce, the American Chamber of Commerce of Peru (AmCham Peru) and Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
He handles civil, commercial and constitutional litigation, as well as judicial reviews. Goran completed a secondment in the legal department of a leading company in the oil & gas sector.
Before joining Cuatrecasas, he worked for a leading Peruvian law firm. He is a member of the Lima Bar Association.
