Expert in advising on the corporate taxation of national and international groups, and of the family offices of large estates; also expert in advising on new business models in the framework of taxation of the digital economy.

Iñigo Egea advises legal entities and corporate groups in the energy, industrial, automotive, logistics and transport, and retail and consumer sectors on tax matters (direct and indirect taxation).

He has participated in many business restructuring transactions, and also advises on the taxation of M&A transactions and of consolidated groups, as well as on tax inspections.

He assists family businesses, particularly advising the family offices of holders of large estates on tax matters.

He also advises clients on tax aspects relating to the digital economy, the application of the tax on certain digital services and the tax implications arising from new digital business models, e.g., ecommerce; the taxation of transactions with cryptocurrencies and other cryptoassets; and the taxation of virtual platforms for transport services, accomodation and the exchange of goods and services.

He collaborates with specialized forums, speaking regularly at them.

He is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
