Jorge Saldaña advises on matters relating to administrative proceedings, including proceedings for obtaining operating licenses for developing large projects, administrative sanctioning proceedings, public procurement proceedings and proceedings to promote private investment (public-private partnerships involving tax credits).
Since 2019, he has been a member of the Grupo de Investigación del Empleo Público, a research group for public employment made up of Spanish and Peruvian lecturers and lawyers. He contributed to the review Las Administraciones Públicas Españolas (Spanish Public Administrations) by Miguel Sánchez Morón (Tecnos, Madrid, 2018, 321 PP.)
He has been an assistant lecturer on postgraduate courses, including courses on public procurement rules at Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia (2019 and 2020) and the program on property law and urban panning law at Universidad del Pacífico (2019 and 2021).
He was also assistant lecturer on the Course on State Contracts at Universidad de Piura (2019).
Before joining Cuatrecasas, he was an associate in the administrative law practice at leading Peruvian and international law firms
