Juan Camilo Rangel has participated in the negotiation and implementation of M&A transactions, joint ventures and commercial contracts, advising national and international clients from various industries. His participation in those projects involved coordinating different legal teams.
Before joining Cuatrecasas, he worked for a leading international consultancy company.
