Juan Esteban Castañeda

Juan Esteban Castañeda advises national and international clients on commercial and civil litigation, judicial reviews before national courts, family and succession law, and on arbitration proceedings and other alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.

In arbitration, he has participated in national proceedings before the Arbitration and Conciliation Center of the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce, and in international proceedings before different arbitration centers.

He has represented different companies and public entities in declaratory, enforcement and judicial review proceedings.

Before joining Cuatrecasas, he worked as an associate in the litigation and dispute resolution team of one of Colombia's leading law firms in this area.
