Manuel Francisco Guerrero

Manuel Guerrero focuses his practice on national and international M&A transactions and advises companies on corporate, contractual and transactional matters. 

He also specializes in advising investors and entrepreneurs on investment and financing processes involving venture capital.

Before joining Cuatrecasas, he worked in the corporate and M&A practice of a leading law firm in Chile. He also worked as an international lawyer at Becker, Glynn, Muffly, Chassin & Hosinski LLP in New York and at Ashurst LLP in Madrid.

In 2011, he was awarded the Universidad de los Andes Honors Scholarship and, in 2012, the Academic Excellence Award, from the same university.
