She has advised national and international clients from various sectors on structuring and negotiating contracts, and on M&A transactions, as well as on corporate and commercial law matters. 

In M&A, she has advised clients on buying and selling companies from various sectors, as well as on buying and selling special-purpose vehicles that develop infrastructure projects and projects in the renewable energy sector. 

Before joining Cuatrecasas, she worked in the corporate law practice of a leading international law firm.
