María Camila Solano
Advising national and international companies on finance transactions and corporate matters, and on aviation law and consumer law.

María Camila Solano has participated in the negotiation and implementation of M&A transactions, joint ventures and commercial contracts, advising national and international clients from various industries. Her participation in those projects involved coordinating different legal teams.

She has also advised leading companies in the land and air transport sector, and is a member of the Colombian Bar Association for Aviation Law.
