Specialist in litigation, national and international arbitration, and dispute resolution

María Fernanda Díaz is based at the Cuatrecasas Bogotá. She represents national and international clients in commercial and administrative lawsuits before national courts, as well as in national and international arbitration proceedings.

In arbitration, she has handled national and international proceedings under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) rules and of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNICTRAL).

Before joining Cuatrecasas, she worked in dispute resolution at leading international law firms based in Colombia. She has a diploma in national and international arbitration from the Bogotá Chamber  of Commerce, which represents the ICC in Colombia
