Nadia Smeke

Nadia Smeke advises companies and individuals, including public figures and artists, on intellectual property law and corporate law. 

She advises on managing and defending intellectual property rights, including brands, patents, authors’ rights, the right of publicity and sponsorships. Her experience covers different sectors, such as chemicals and medicine, retail market, music and entertainment, cinema and streaming, radio and sports.    

Before joining Cuatrecasas, she worked for renowned firms specializing in intellectual property, administrative litigation and corporate law. 

In the academic field, she has lectured on intellectual property at Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico as an adjunct lecturer.
