Natalia Pifarré is an expert on the applicable regime for different residential types and models (including subsidized and unoccupied housing, and new models such as co-living) the tourist industry, the retail and leisure sector, land for development and sectoral regulation of coasts. She advises on waste management and transport, and matters concerning environmental law and the renewable energy sector.
She also analyzes the urban planning, environmental and energy aspects of the processes for buying, selling and financing companies and assets.
She is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
She lectures on urban planning law and environmental matters in the Master in Legal Practice at Universidad Internacional de Valencia and speaks on courses and at conferences relating to urban planning law.
