Raquel Marí advises on tax proceedings and defends taxpayers' rights against abusive actions by the tax authorities.
In addition to advising on processing tax procedures before the tax authorities, she has participated in preparing and processing several administrative and court claims and appeals in all instances.
She has worked at Cuatrecasas's Barcelona and Madrid offices as a member of the Tax Litigation Group.
She lectures in the Master in Tax Consultancy of the School of Legal Practice at Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
She is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association.
