Specialist in advising on insolvency proceedings, defending the interests of debtors and creditors, having participated in the most significant cases and proceedings in the sector in recent years.

Rosa M. Gual handles many corporate and finance restructuring processes, designing the strategy based on her specialty (both in the pre-litigation and litigation phases).

She advises national and international clients on a regular basis on transactions to sell and acquire business units, assets and debt owned by companies in financial trouble.

She has been a member of the Barcelona Bar Association since 2004.

She lectures on insolvency law in the undergraduate law program at ISDE Law & Business School (Universidad Complutense de Madrid). She has lectured in various programs, including in the Master in Insolvency at Universidad CEU San Pablo de Madrid, and at Afi School of Finance.

Since 2018, she has been co-directing and coordinating the refinancing and restructuring management program at the Institute of Stock Exchange Studies.

She has contributed to many national and international publications, giving her specialized opinion in journals such as International Financial Law Review and Capital&Corporate. She is a member of the Turnaround Management Association.
