Sérgio Fagundes Conceição

Sérgio Fagundes Conceição focuses his practice on real estate and construction law, particularly advising clients in the trade, housing, business, industrial and hotel sectors.

He has participated in transactions for structuring and implementing real estate investment projects, advising national and international private and institutional clients.

He also advises on real estate assets, lease and earnest money agreements, and on all kinds of real estate projects.

Before joining Cuatrecasas, he worked at other law firms in Portugal.

He is a member of the Portuguese Bar Association.

He has been a guest lecturer for family and succession law at Universidadede Lisboa since 2017.
