Sílvia Niubó specializes in advising international clients on their changes of tax residence and on their transactions in Spain. She has advised on structuring large estates, as well as reviewing vehicles such as trusts, private foundations, and investment and savings products. She also advises on matters relating to family business and inspection proceedings.
She speaks regularly at conferences and law events. Sílvia is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association, an affiliate member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and chair of the Tax Law Commission of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA).
She is a senior lecturer for the module Law II in the Bachelor of Business and Administration at ESADE Business & Law School.
