Xavier Xivillé advises national and international groups and is an expert in business restructurings and international investment planning. He has extensive experience advising high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), family offices, private equity and venture capital firms, and family-owned businesses on their transactions and the structuring of their investments, both domestically and internationally. He also advises individuals on the organization of their personal and business assets.
He is also specialized in cross-border advisory work involving Switzerland.
He is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association and the Catalonia Institute of Economists, as well as various business organizations, and is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA) and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) as a Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP).
He lectures at prestigious business schools, including Universitat Internacional de Catalunya, where he teaches in the Master’s Degree in Tax Planning and Legal Advisory and in the Master in Venture Capital and Private Equity.
He is a regular speaker at seminars and conferences on national and international taxation (IBA, STEP) and the author of several articles published in specialized press.
