Yu Yang Zhou advises national and international companies on mergers and acquisitions. He also handles corporate restructurings and represents clients in complex matters related to these specialties.
Before joining Cuatrecasas, he developed his career in the area of corporate law at a Chilean law firm, leader in Chile and internationally.
He has been an assistant in various departments at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Currently, he is a procedural law assistant at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
