SubscribeThe firm has advised MUFG Bank Ltd. on the structuring, negotiation and financial closing of the Termo Caribe project, consisting of the construction and start-up a 42 MW power plant.
The financing was structured through fixed-term loans and letters of credit, which will allow Termo Caribe S.A.S. E.S.P. to build and start up the plant, located in Bolívar Department (Colombia). It will also enable financial cost optimization.
The Cuatrecasas team handling in the transaction was made up of Manuel Quinche, Natalia Arango, Felipe Londoño, Laura Salazar and Manuela Gaitán, with the support of Camilo Cardona, Fabio Ardila, Natalia Márquez, Juan Felipe Cortés and José Manuel Castillo.
