Cuatrecasas has once again concluded its Finishing Stages Program, an internal initiative aimed at strengthening certain skills of the newly hired senior associates and those that have been promoted internally in 2022.

In this year’s program, 23 of the firm’s lawyers from different offices in Spain, Portugal and Latin America completed the Camino de Santiago (Way of St. James) under the premise “Leadership and team management.” The objective is to generate a sense of belonging and promotion among the lawyers, while they share experiences and reflections about the future.

After each stage of the way, the new senior associates attended a series of conferences and activities enabling them to deepen their knowledge and learn about key tools and techniques for leading teams, with the support of partners such as Antonio Carreño, Javier Castrodeza, Rebeca Rodríguez, Martí Adroer, and Núria Martín (human resources director) and Gemma Villalví (training manager).

The 2022 edition shows, once again, that this program is one of the firm’s most innovative and outstanding initiatives in relation to the promotion of shared learning and support for professional growth.
