Rebeca Rodríguez specializes in financial taxation, including advising insurance companies on tax matters, and also advises on inspection proceedings. She has participated in several M&A transactions involving Spanish and international insurance companies.
She is an expert in tax matters relating to transactions in Spain, including equity (joint ventures and private M&A), debt (securitization, structured products and refinancing), and real estate asset transactions. She also specializes in structuring investments by non-resident investors in Spain and in advising on inspection proceedings.
She is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
She lectures in the Master in Tax Consultancy at IE Business School and speaks regularly at conferences and symposiums.
