SubscribeCuatrecasas has advised the UNACEM Group—with a portfolio of leading companies in the cement, concrete, energy and services sectors—on a PEN 225 million financing granted by Banco de Crédito Perú (“BCP”).
The loan granted to UNACEM Corp S.A.A., and UNACEM Perú S.A., is aimed at repaying their debt with BCP and optimizing their transactions, strengthening their market position.
