Specializing in economic competition, advising clients from the public and private sectors on complex matters, including concentrations, investigations and special procedures.
Daniella Ramírez advises on merger approval processes—trial-like proceedings before Mexico’s Federal Economic Competition Commission (“COFECE”)—and on complying with conditions imposed in approved concentrations.

She previously formed part of COFECE and the Federal Telecommunications Institute, acquiring a comprehensive view and deep understanding of Mexico’s competition authorities’ regulatory functions and decision-making processes.

Daniella has worked at leading law firms in Mexico where she participated in high-profile notification procedures and investigations. Between 2020 and 2021 she lectured on economic competition at Universidad Anáhuac.
