Advises domestic and international clients in merger clearance processes, investigations of monopolistic practices, special procedures, and procedures conducted in the form of trials before the competition authority. Additionally, possesses extensive experience in designing and implementing strategies to ensure compliance with conditions and commitments in approved transactions.

Previously, was part of the Federal Economic Competition Commission and the Federal Telecommunications Institute, where acquired a deep understanding of regulatory functions, institutional dynamics, and the decision-making processes of competition authorities in Mexico.

Professional practice at top-tier firms includes participation in merger notifications and high-profile investigations in various sectors, allowing the provision of strategic, sophisticated, and results-oriented advice. Between 2020 and 2021, served as a professor of competition law at Universidad Anáhuac.
