SubscribeCuatrecasas consolidates its strategic positioning in the economic competition practice by hiring lawyer Daniella Ramírez Aguilar as a new partner in its Mexico City office. Her arrival strengthens the firm’s capacities to be a leader and a benchmark law firm in a practice area that is constantly developing and of extreme importance in Mexico and in Latin America.
With over 12 years of experience in the public and private sectors, Daniella has an outstanding career, mainly focusing on economic competition and telecommunications. She has combined her work in the Mexican legal sector with management positions in Mexico’s Federal Economic Competition Commission and the Federal Telecommunications Institute between 2012 and 2018.
Daniella has a Bachelor of Laws from Universidad Iberoamericana, Mexico City, and an L.L.M. in Competition Law from King’s College London. Her ongoing work and contact with international law firms has earned her recognition on several occasions in the prestigious rankings of Chambers and Partners and Legal 500.
