Guido S. Adlaoui Spalvieri has experience in national and cross-border transactions, mainly M&A, capital markets, joint ventures and strategic alliances, private equity, corporate group restructuring, and real estate transactions.
He regularly advises Spanish and foreign clients on all aspects of corporate law and corporate governance, and on preparing and negotiating commercial contracts and agreements.
He also advises clients on the new Spanish regime for foreign investment in strategic sectors (FDI).
He is a member of the firm's French desk.
In 2022 he worked as a foreign associate in Chiomenti (Milan office) where he participated in crossborder M&A transactions.
He is an associate lecturer of Company & Commercial Law, at ESADE Law School, Ramon Llull University.
