Intermediate Capital Group (CMAI) buys Puertas Sanrafael and Puertas Castalla with advice from Cuatrecasas
Cuatrecasas lawyers have advised Intermediate Capital Group on acquiring–through its investee Compagnie Manufacturière d'Aménagements Intérieurs (CMAI)–Puertas Sanrafael and Puertas Castalla from Spanish manufacturers of decorative interior doors.
In this transaction, Compagnie Manufacturière d'Aménagements Intérieurs (CMAI) acquires the resources necessary to support its growth strategy in the interior door sector in France. The company has 1,100 employees and an annual turnover of some €140 million (2019 data).
