Amchor and Mutuactivos launch high-quality private debt fund

Cuatrecasas has advised Amchor Investment Strategies, a company specializing in investment strategy management, on creating the Global Private Income Program hedge fund. This fund will allow investors to be fully invested from the outset in a pre-built portfolio of high-quality private debt.

The fund has been designed under the structure of a hedge fund, which will offer periodic income and give investors the option to continue investing over time. At maturity, investors may choose to transfer their funds in kind to a hedge fund with a similar investment policy or to a money market fund.

Amchor will act as fund manager and Mutuactivos will act as strategic advisor.
