CMPC Group closes financing transaction for USD 300 million

Cuatrecasas has advised CMPC Celulose Riograndense Ltda. and Empresas CMPC S.A. on a USD 300 million financing transaction subject to New York State law.

With this transaction, signed by CMPC Celulose Riograndense as debtor, Empresas CMPC as guarantor and Export Development Canada as creditor, the CMPC Group can boost its corporate projects with a vision of sustainability that respects the most demanding global criteria.
