SubscribeCuatrecasas advised Condis Supermercats, S.A.U. on formalizing its acquisition of the assets of Dispreu Logística, management company of Binipreu supermarkets in Minorca.
This transaction consolidates the Condis group’s entry on the Mediterranean island, with a clear commitment to continuity, to promoting the existing project, and to strengthening the commercial activity and long-term development of an operator deeply rooted in the region.
Condis will incorporate into its structure eight supermarkets in different municipalities in Minorca, three logistics platforms, and the Binipreu Menorca shopping mall, which is considered one of the island’s main commercial and service centers.
The Cuatrecasas team handling the advisory service was led by Xavier Morera, partner of Corporate and M&A, and Alejandra Garces. Xavier Morera stated: “This transaction was a major challenge due to its technical complexity, and we are delighted to have been able to accompany Condis’s internal legal team throughout the process.”
