With the objective of consolidating its position in the Chilean and international legal sector, Cuatrecasas has hired Carolina Menichetti as a new partner to lead its Real Estate M&A Practice. Her arrival is part of the firm’s sustainable growth strategy in Latin America and confirms its commitment to offering highly specialized advice for complex transactions.

Carolina Menichetti has over 20 years’ experience and an outstanding career advising national and international investors, corporations, financial institutions and business groups. Her expertise covers real estate projects, mergers and acquisitions, asset sales, corporate reorganizations, partnership agreements, capital and debt issues, and the structuring of private and public investment funds.

Menichetti, who has a Bachelor of Laws and an Executive MBA from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, has been recognized by the main international rankings, including Band 1 in Real Estate (Chambers & Partners), Hall of Fame for Real Estate (Legal 500), Highly Regarded in M&A (IFLR1000); she is also listed in the Best Lawyers ranking. She has actively participated in initiatives linked to sustainability, diversity and inclusion, having formed part of the advisory group of the AmCham Sustainability Committee. Currently, she is a member of the Advisory Council of the Pro Bono Foundation in Chile.
