SubscribeCuatrecasas has updated its Mentor Plan to better align it with the firm’s new professional structure and different specializations. Designed to support young lawyers at the start of their professional careers, and promoted by Campus Cuatrecasas and the Knowledge and Innovation Group, the Mentor Plan also aims to use these changes to foster the in-person culture and achieve a more sustainable balance between dedication to training and daily work.
Highlights of the new features incorporated include: reviewed content to align with the current needs of each specialty group, and reviewed methodology to ensure immediate applicability; balanced training over a two–year period to foster learning; and the celebration of Specialty Days, two in-person days per group to work on content specific to each specialty.
The program, which will be held on different dates throughout the year depending on the jurisdiction, began on February 24 in Spain, with the participation of 57 lawyers from the firm. In Latin America, it will begin on March 2, while in Portugal it will begin in September.
