SubscribeCuatrecasas has advised Catalan company UVE Solutions, which specializes in providing data intelligence solutions for the consumer goods industry, on selling a majority stake to Parisian private equity manager Keensight, an expert in boosting the growth of companies generating revenues up to €400 million.
Keensight's investment in UVE Solutions will boost the Spanish company's growth, accelerating its international and vertical expansion. Keensight will also support the company in investing further in AI-led innovation across its product suite.
The Cuatrecasas advisory team was made up of lawyers Alejandro Payá, Xavier Morera, and Nuria Lafuente, from the Corporate Practice.
