Cuatrecasas advised Bicentenario Capital, a Chilean real estate asset manager, on structuring an investment fund—L2B Invest—in Chile and the United States. It will finance the purchase of a real estate portfolio in the US worth USD 300 million.
The properties will be leased to well-known chains of pharmacy stores and supermarkets, including Walgreens, CVS and Albertson. The individual range of the assets is valued between USD 5 million and USD 25 million.
