SIS Swiss International School Group and Colegio Suizo de Madrid enter a strategic partnership

Cuatrecasas, in collaboration with the Swiss law firm NKF, has advised SIS Swiss International School Group AG in its strategic partnership with the Swiss School of Madrid, with the goal of fully integrating the school into the SIS Group as of 1 September 2026.

SIS Swiss International School is a prestigious group of private schools with a presence in Switzerland, Germany, Brazil and Italy, known for offering bilingual education from kindergarten to high school level.

The transaction marks an important milestone in the ongoing growth and internationalization of SIS Swiss International School.
