Our process

The aim of our selection process is to find out about your talent and what motivates you, and to help you learn about our work culture and values.

Selection process stages:

Phase 1
HR interview.

Assessment of key skills through the following tests: (i) psychometric tests (ii) english level tests and (iii) a commentary on a text about current affairs.
Phase 2
Partner interviews

* The selection process for support staff departments is adapted to the different profiles.
