Juan Sebastián Bustillo Martinez

Juan Sebastián Bustillo focuses his practice on the resolution of tax disputes, constitutional tax matters and corporate tax, as well as advising on the special tax regime applicable to non-profit organizations. He also has experience in tax planning and structuring projects, M&A transactions and corporate reorganizations, and advises on the legal aspects of the transfer pricing regime and on labor-related tax matters.

Before joining Cuatrecasas, he worked at the Constitutional Court in Colombia and in the tax department of a leading law firm in tax in Colombia.

He is a lecturer at the chair of tax law at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.

He is a member of the International Fiscal Association and of the Colombian Institute of Tax Law.
