Juan Sebastián Bustillo Martinez

Juan Sebastián Bustillo advises on tax dispute resolution, constitutional tax matters and corporate tax. He also has experience in tax planning and structuring projects, M&A transactions and corporate reorganizations, and advises on the legal aspects of the transfer pricing regime.

Before joining Cuatrecasas, he worked at the Constitutional Court in Colombia and in the tax department of a leading law firm in tax in Colombia.

He is chair lecturer of tax law at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.

He is a member of the International Fiscal Association and of the Colombian Institute of Tax Law.
