He specializes in judicial and extra-judicial conflict resolution and has been involved in civil and commercial litigation, specifically, national and international arbitration and mediation, regarding financial contracts, sale and purchase agreements and agreements for the supply of goods and services, commercial distribution and representation, works and consumer contracts.

He has experience as secretary of arbitral tribunals. He represents national and international clients in disputes related to Competition Law infractions.

In 2016 he worked with the international arbitration team in the Madrid office, where he was involved in international arbitration proceedings relating to investment protection in the renewable energy industry, international contracts, and M&A.

He is also part of the Cuatrecasas team that, together with RBB Economics, has prepared a report for the European Commission on national court guidelines to assess pass-on (under the EU Damages Directive, Directive 2014/104/EU).

He regularly participates in national and international conferences related to alternative dispute resolution.

Member of the Portuguese Bar Association.

Member of the Portuguese Arbitration Association (APA) and a member of the Coordinating Committee of the Under 40 Council of APA.

Member of the Spanish and Iberoamerican Arbitration Club.
