Specializing in the real estate, construction, and planning areas, particularly focusing on urban regeneration and advising public sector and private sector entities.

Sara Quaresma focuses her practice on real estate law, advising both national and foreigner investors on the sale, purchase and development of real estate projects. This includes joint ventures, asset management and other related contracts in the retail, hospitality, logistics and alternative sectors such as student and senior housing. She has been involved in some of the major real estate transactions in Portugal in recent years.

She worked as legal counsel at Lisbon City Council’s Urban Rehabilitation Department, advising on licensing and town planning.

She is a member of the Portuguese Bar Association.
