Almudena Batista Jiménez is an expert in labor law proceedings, due diligence, senior management, expatriatation, hiring processes, contract terminations, collective dismissals, temporary redundancy plans and substantial modification of working conditions, pension schemes, equality and diversity, harassment prevention and social security.
She also advises Spanish and international companies from different sectors on an ongoing basis.
Since 2015, she has been coordinating the Labor Relations Forum organized by Cuatrecasas International Institute in collaboration with ESADE Business & Law School and Universidad Pontificia Comillas-ICADE. She lectures at Universidad Pontificia Comillas-ICADE. She is a member of employment lawyers associations such as the Spanish Employment Lawyers Association (FORELAB) and the Spanish Association of Labor Lawyers (ASNALA).
