Camila Kutz, a member of the Cuatrecasas Corporate team, has extensive experience in advising national and international clients on a diverse array of regulated industries in Chile, notably in electricity, oil and natural gas, mining, desalination plants, ports and healthcare.

She participates in M&A transactions; project development; public and private bidding processes, advising both the bidder and the principal; and advises her clients on drafting, negotiating and managing all relevant contracts and agreements for these matters.

She is admitted to the Chilean Bar Association.
