Cristina Feijoo is a member of the firm’s Finance and Tax Practice in the Basque Country.
She specializes in tax consultancy and planning for the business and family assets of family business groups.
She has participated in many corporate restructuring transactions.
Before joining Cuatrecasas, she worked for two years in the Financial and Tax Department of a renowned international firm in Barcelona.
She is a member of the San Sebastián Bar Association and a member of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA).
She has lectured in the Master in Legal Practice at Universidad Internacional de la Rioja (“UNIR”).
