Diego Arribas specializes in tax planning for large national and international business groups, including advising on international tax applied to individuals (e.g., tax residence and impatriate regime) and to companies (e.g., tax treatment of dividends and capital gains, application of double tax treaties, EU law, and implications of OECD BEPS Plan).

He completed a secondment in the knowledge management department of the Dutch law firm Loyens&Loeff in Amsterdam. He is a member of the Spanish Financial Law Association.

He is an associate lecturer at Universidad Complutense de Madrid and a senior lecturer at the university’s School of Legal Practice. He also lectures at several business school in Spain, including Instituto de Empresa and ESADE Business & Law School.
