Emilio Echeverry advises on structured and project finance and has relevant experience in M&A transactions, acquisition finance and private equity.

He advises financial institutions, investment funds, multilateral groups, commercial banks and sponsors on complex transactions involving structured and project finance, as well as refinancings of infrastructure, energy, and transport projects.

Before joining Cuatrecasas he worked at a leading law firm in New York and at one of Colombia’s largest debt funds in the infrastructure sector.
