Eva Martín is a Spanish state tax inspector on leave of absence. Following various positions in the General Tax Directorate and with the Tax Agency, she served as chair of the Madrid Tax Appeal Board, coordinating member of the Central Economic and Administrative Tribunal, and a member of the Taxpayer Protection Council.

She has written several publications on the resolution of case studies proposed for admission to the High Body of Tax Inspectors, including having co-written Procedimientos de gestión e inspección tributaria. Comentarios prácticos (Tax management and inspection procedures. Practical comments), and contributed to the collective works Revisión de actos tributarios (Tax reviews) and La Ley General Tributaria. Comentarios y casos prácticos (The General Tax Act. Comments and case studies).

She is a public examinations instructor for the High Body of Tax Inspectors at CEF Center for Financial Studies. She also lectures en la School of Public Finance (Escuela de Hacienda Pública) and in the Master for Admission to the Practice of Law programs at the ICADE and ESADE Schools of Law.
