Expert in financing transactions

Ignacio Inigo specializes in national and international debt restructuring and refinancing transactions, and financing transactions using different structures, including corporate, acquisition and project finance.

He advises clients on transactions subject to Spanish law and transactions subject to international law in the Spanish legal system. He also has experience in distressed acquisition and sale transactions of loan and asset portfolios and singles names, as well as restructuring transactions.

As a lawyer admitted to practice law in New York State, he also has experience in advising on United States’ restructurings under Chapter 11 of the US Bankruptcy Code, and advising US funds on distressed transactions in Europe. As a member of the firm’s International Program for Young Lawyers, he worked in several locations, including the Barcelona, Madrid and London offices, in the Corporate and Commercial, Tax, and Litigation Practices.

He was admitted by the Bar to practice law in New York State and is also a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
