Specialist in administrative law and in public procurement; advising on public services management and on regulated sectors, including the pharmaceutical and health sectors.

Jorge Robles advises private and state-owned companies on pre-litigation and litigation matters, challenging actions and administrative decisions before administrative tribunals, economic and administrative tribunals, and judicial review courts. He also handles proceedings with the Constitutional Court. He is an expert in public procurement, public services management, infrastructure and transport, regulated sectors, town planning law and the environment.

He lectures in the Master in Legal Practice at Universidad de Málaga and in the Course on Pharmaceutical Law at the Barcelona Bar Association. He also lectured in the Master in Public-Services Contracts and Management for Local Authorities at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
