Julio Roldán advises on corporate disputes, the phase before legal proceedings, contentious general meetings and meetings of boards of directors, as well as on claims arising from breaches of shareholders agreements, and non-contentious commercial proceedings.
He also focuses on disputes arising from company sales, directors' liability, challenges of corporate agreements, and commercial and contractual disputes.
He is a member of the Madrid Bar Association and the Spanish Business Litigation Club.
He is an associate lecturer of legal argumentation in the master programs for admission to the practice of law at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía, and in the bachelor of laws at Universidad Pontificia Comillas-ICADE. He is also an assistant lecturer of corporate law at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
