| Liliana Almeida Moura has been providing ongoing labour advice in the beginning of activity, restructuring and/or closure of companies. Has experience in advising in disciplinary procedures, planning and execution of collective and individual redundancies, in the preparation of standard contracts at European and international level, and in the negotiation of hiring and termination of employment contracts with senior management employees. |
She has also provided assistance in the area of social security and labour litigation.
Before joining Cuatrecasas, she worked in other Portuguese law firms, in labor and employment law.
Member of the Portuguese Bar Association. She is also a member of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA).
