| María Jesús Hernández advises on developing infrastructure projects—highways, data centers and sea ports—and natural resources projects, including handling contractual matters and negotiating various construction contracts like EPC, EPCM, BOT, BOOT, BOP and O&M. She also has experience dealing with main equipment supply contracts (e.g., BESS), energy and toll purchase agreements, and administering project contracts.
